Thanks to Taryn and Phil, we'll be tipping back an awesome huckleberry hefeweizen by late August! I'll be needing some help naming this one. I usually have my beers named before I even start brewing, but not this time. I'm stumped. This is going to be a great beer, so it needs a great name... Any ideas?
Excited to start gardening again!

I meant to tell you that Blayne loved your "bloody mary" brew. He likes red beer - and that was pretty darned close. (Funny how tomatoes can come out tasting like berries - and I guess it works the other way around to. He felt like it was a red beer.)
ReplyDeleteYou know what I think it is? I think it is the smoothness of the wheat beer base that gives it the fullness of a red beer. I hope the huckleberry brew is just as nice...we'll see soon enough I guess.
ReplyDeleteDang. Looking good. I can't wait to taste it. Dunno if I can swing a camping trip on Aug. 20 but maybe a day trip if nothing else ... Cheers!
ReplyDeleteI suggest "Hucklebent".
ReplyDeleteTaryn, we'll get some beer to you and Phil somehow...
ReplyDeleteGood name MamaJD ... I just get weird about putting my name (or moniker) on it...
I like HuckleBent as well. I look forward to trying it this Sunday. The Stickman
